Game Modes, a Mode Builder, Drafts and Series

There is now more than one way to set up a battle. How factions are chosen, how long a match lasts, how you start, what the economy looks like and which rules apply can all be combined into a single mode.

What's new

• Mode builder: pick a base mode and stack options on top of it, or start from one of the ready-made modes.
• Drafts: factions can be picked in turns, so the matchup becomes part of the strategy.
• Series: play best-of rounds, with factions kept or re-rolled between rounds depending on the mode.
• Compendium: every command has its own card and pixel icon, and options that don't apply to the current format are shown muted.
